You can order a test by visiting our website or by calling us at 727-235-0886. We will deliver a home sample collection kit to you with a prepaid envelope for you to return your sample to our laboratory.

Yes, you may purchase a test for someone else, however each patient must use a unique email address with the order.
For orders that have not shipped, they are eligible for a 100% refund. Please contact us at 727-235-0886 with any questions.
Discretion & Privacy
Yes. Our home sample collection kits are delivered in generic, plain packaging with no reference to DiscoverHealth on the packaging to give you peace of mind. The return shipping label says “PHS Fulfillment Center”.
Keeping your personal data secure is important to us. Your test results are only shared with you unless you choose to share your result with a medical professional. You can read about how we use and protect your information in our Privacy Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping, 3–5-day shipping at $9.00 and overnight shipping at $45.00. Every test kit comes with a prepaid return shipping label that should be used to ship the kit back to our lab for analysis.
Your order will be delivered through UPS. At home tests are shipped Monday-Friday and can be delivered Monday-Saturday.
Yes, we follow transit requirements for UN3373 Biological Substances, Category B, and are compliant with regulations.
While we are working as fast as possible to expand our coverage, please note currently we are only able to fulfill orders for customers in the United States of America. The states below are the states we are currently offering of testing and treatment solutions in:

Occasionally there may be delays due to courier or weather issues, in the unlikely event your sample is affected by these delays and is unsuitable for analysis we will reach out to you with an alternative or replacement option.

Tests & Medical
Your DiscoverHealth home test will be analyzed at our partner laboratory, Precision Health Solutions (PHS). PHS is a state-of-the-art lab that specializes in complex molecular testing and is CAP-accredited, meaning that it meets the scientifically rigorous standards of the College of American Pathologists. PHS is also CLIA-approved, achieving the US government’s standards of quality and safety under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments.
This test is PCR Molecular, which is the gold standard of testing with high sensitivity and specificity.
Our test kits include laboratory developed tests that do not require individual FDA clearance. The federal government (including the FDA) regulates laboratory testing through a set of rules known as the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA).

Collecting your Sample
You should activate your sample at the time of collection of your sample. Your date and time on the activation should match the collection information on your sample. If you activate your kit and don't plan to collect that same day, please contact customer care for next steps at info@precision-healthsolutions.com or 727-235-0886.
A urine sample is required at the time of collection which can be collected from the comfort of your home. Your kit will come with everything you need to collect and ship back your sample to the laboratory.

Follow these instructions in order to properly collect your specimen for private STD testing.

Wash your hands with soap and warm water.

Label the grey and yellow urine tubes with your first and last name, date of birth, date of collection, and time of collection

Void directly into the urine collection container, collecting 10 to 15 ml of urine.

Seal the urine container with the blue top (with a yellow seal.)

Remove the yellow seal from the blue urine container, being careful as under the seal is a sharp point.

Place the gray urine tube on top of the sharp point, and the urine will begin filling up the tube. Repeat with the yellow urine tube.

Pour any remaining urine from the urine collection container into the toilet.

Dispose of the sharp point and container.

Place both urine tubes inside the clear biohazard bag and seal it closed.

Put the biohazard bag inside the blue bag and seal it closed.

Place the blue bag inside the UPS laboratory pack and seal it.

Ensure the Next Day UPSA label is securely placed on the UPS laboratory pack.
You should plan to ship your sample back the same day you collect it. Take your completed kit to a local UPS drop box before end-of-day pickup to have it overnighted to the lab (Monday – Friday only). UPS drop boxes do not pick up on Saturday or Sunday and DiscoverHealth is not responsible for any UPS shipping delays.
Your Results
We aim to have your results ready in 24-48 hours, from when the lab receives your sample. When your results are ready, you will receive an email to let you know your results are available and we will have options available to speak to a medical provider.
We format all our results using a PDF. It is easy to navigate, download and print result(s) at any time.
We understand waiting for results can be stressful. Please check your return tracking number to ensure your sample arrived at the lab. Once the sample arrives to the lab, you can expect your results within 24-48 hours.
We will reach out to let you know about your positive result. We also have a licensed medical provider available for a consultation for all positive results. You will receive an email if you are eligible for this consult. This consultation is included in the cost of the test; however, you may choose to be treated by your personal healthcare provider.
