Refund Policy

Overview

The following policy applies for purchases made through DiscoverHealth. 

  • If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your DiscoverHealth order.
  • Orders can be cancelled only prior to the shipment of the kit which usually occurs within 24 hours or less from the time of order. If the kit has been shipped, you will be charged for the cost of the kit and shipping.
  • For the health and safety of all of our customers, DiscoverHealth does not accept returned/unused kits.
  • If you received your order to your shipping destination and do not wish to continue with the test, we ask that you dispose of the kit. 

Refunds

Once your cancellation request has been verified that the kit has not been shipped to your destination, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the cancellation request. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

Once the sample has been delivered to the address provided, you will not be eligible for a refund or cancelation. In order to qualify, you must request a refund only prior to the shipment of the kit which usually occurs within 24 hours or less from the time of the order.
